This country house stands between the confluence of two rivers, the Meschio and the Livenza, creating a unique landscape to be explored.

Comfort
Our bright rooms are equipped with every possible comfort. They have free Wi-Fi connection, independent air conditioning and underfloor heating, digital TV, desk, a safe and a private bathroom with linen and a courtesy set. We are easily reachable from the highway (exit Sacile Ovest), which connects Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto, so that traveling to the cities and major industrial centers of the two regions is even faster. We are a 10-minute walk away from the Sacile railway station and a 5-minute drive from the center of Sacile, a place rich in history and characteristic bars and restaurants. On the border between two regions, the sea, the mountains and the historical centers can be quickly reached to discover the historical, cultural and enogastronomic beauties of our territory.

Entering the country house area and leaving the main road, hospitality and courtesy are combined with a spacious two-storey accommodation facility.
We pay particular attention to the breakfast buffet, which is served in the reserved room on the ground floor or outside in the summertime with our assistance. We carefully consider intolerances and prefer local products from Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto.
Nature
The hotel is surrounded by greenery. Even before entering through the large brick gate, you can see the bamboo grove that has shielded the north side of the house for more than a century. Two of our five fields stand out, as they are still cultivated and certified organic, changing the appearance of the property from year to year according to the type of crop sown. Above them, the three hotel structures are surrounded by a grass lawn where you can find ancient trees and a hornbeam labyrinth. Strolling along the banks or standing under the 'portego' reading a book, it is easy to come across jackrabbits, pheasants, squirrels and birds of various species animating the garden.
